His paws felt heavy. Each step reflected throughout his entire frame, like electricity rippling away in waves across his muscles. As if the land itself recognized his utopia, his... living in a parallel dimension, and tried to call him back to Mundus to no avail. Staring emptily at the clearing below him where wolfkin went about their duties, he breathed heavily through his nostrils before peeking inside the entrance.
He was two steps in when the silvery voice danced through the air.
"How do you feel, Deathbringer?"
Hellion's horn-like ears twitched backwards, hazel eyes piercing through the dimly lit cave. She sounded like honey tempered with poison - as she always had - but the hint of age was there. His mother stood proudly at the end of the cove, nested comfortably in her bedding of leaves, grass and cotton, sanguine pelt contrasting against hues of grey and brown, like blood freshly spilled on the earth.

Oh hello there, this account here is rather dead innit?
It's probably no surprise to several people that my life has moved on from the Wolf/Animal ARPG scene. I tried, very hard, to cling to it - but from 2018 forward a lot of things just were not the same, and that made it a struggle for me to keep up with the communities I was part of and the people I was fond of.
This is not a come back journal, either.
My interests shifted, and frankly, my desire to use DeviantART also has. It changed platform-wise beyond my wish to adapt to it, and as such, this is my formal bid of farewell to it.
This account is not going anywhere. I had wonderful, amazing years here. I made friends. I got my creative spark back so fiercely that it made me move on from trying to survive on a crappy retail job and try to get my footing into freelancing.
