Lazy Saturday Morning (ATG7 - Day 14) by HalflingPony Lazy Saturday Morning (ATG7 - Day 14) by HalflingPony
My submission for the ATG prompt "Draw a pony doing something you enjoy."

I'm something of a voracious reader. (Oh wow- I think I just heard my parents roll their eyes from 1300 miles away.) Where some people keep their smart phones beside their bed, I keep an e-Ink Kindle. My typical Saturday morning involves waking, grabbing my Kindle and reading for an hour before even thinking about getting up for breakfast.

That text looks legible? What does it say, if anything in particular?

It's the most amazing, action-packed, nerve-wracking Daring Do scene that anyone has ever ever written. It's like the opposite of Vogon poetry. If you were somehow able to zoom/enhance this image and read it, the rapturous delights of the prose would probably overload your mind.

Unfortunately, the danger of such a potent piece of literature escaping into the human realm is so dire that, in the interests of public safety, this image has been enchanted such that if a higher-resolution version were somehow obtained, the text would be mystically replaced with a harmless rendition of Lorum Ipsum.

In case anyone wanders by and wonders why there's a bunch of hidden comments below... :iconeqdbot: got a bit spammy on this one.

For the record:
1) I find EqDBot useful.
2) I'm very much against the idea of hiding comments from actual people.

Four comments from a bot (two of which were duplicates of each other) is a bit much, though. ;) If anyone wants to see the where EqDBot was pointing, the links are here, here and here.

To the EqD staff and Calpain in particular- thanks. It's extremely gratifying to see this included in a Drawfriend and used as a discussion header!
