This is a GNOME Shell theme based on the look and feel of the social network website, Google+.
Google+: [link]
Icons: [link]
Wallpaper: Calm by 'elusive [link]
Font: Aller Sans
KDE4 version [link]
Instructions:
Please avoid a manual install and use the GNOME Tweak Tool, it's much easier.
You can use the gnome-shell theme extension for easier switching of themes.
GNOME Tweak Tool
Make sure you have user-theme-extension installed. Load the GNOME Tweak Tool and go to Shell Extensions and click the "Use Theme Extension" switch. Now go to "Theme" and click the Shell Theme box and locate your theme zip. Now you can select the theme in the dropdown box.
License: GPL
Compatibility: GNOME Shell 3.4
+ Icon
To use the + icon in your status menu, just copy the icon I put in the theme directory(user-available-symbolic.svg) to /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/status. Backup your old icon first. If you are using an icon theme that uses it's own symbolic icons, you'll have to replace their icon.
Update - 1.1 - 4th June 2012
- Minor border radius corrections to some parts of the theme.
- Changed close window button to a cross instead of a plus.
- Fixed focus button, should use Goggle red.
- End session now has a hover button effect for the open apps.

anyone know how to tell what Gnome Version one has on there Ubuntu Linux OS ?
then after than is figured out, oh wait I will have to play more with it, the .zip file I downloaded for the Theme does it have to go in a certain Directory ?
I assume yes or way off?
OKAY I GOT IT FIGURED, now I have to unzip it(OF COURSE! one of those Blank brain moments!) and put it in the proper directory
