A snort broke their uneasy silence. Then a thud, and Elrond of Rivendell hopped lightly off his great steed.
"Mae govannen," said Haldir, standing up at once and bowing. He brushed his grey cloak to the side and sat back down.
Elrond nodded briefly and turned to Lord Celeborn and Lady Galadriel, who were sitting adjacent to Haldir. Haldir watched Elrond, who's face was filled with grief and pain. He knew that Elrond was grieving over his daughter Arwen, who was journeying to Valinor with the rest of the Elves of Rivendell, never to return. I am calm
Not the irate bully on the schoolyard
terrorizing children for power
Not calm enough to lie on a beach oblivious
to the world around me
Not calm enough to watch someone fall
without moving a finger
But just wander through a forest on a cool fall evening

The bands Tyr, Turisas and Ensiferum played... unfortunately Eluveitie couldn't show and had to cancel because they couldn't get some sort of papers to enter
Yeah, what gives... I did a Chem exam yesterday, and I recall leaving over half of it beautifully blank. Whoever is marking it is going to be absolutely thrilled.
I just got an eyebrow piercing a few days ago, which I absolutely love. It's very sensitive there now though, as it's healing and everything. A friend of mine slammed into my face yesterday and man did it hurt... it bled, too. I want a vertical labret now, but that's going a tad overboard if the lovely mumsy didn't even notice the eyebrow one. I think I'd like to keep it that way.
There was a cadet FTX trip to Fort York this weekend and I couldn't go because I had to "study"
