The Underwear Queen is back and she's not getting much sleep!
Every night she has the same nightmare...the lines of her underpants show through her tight pants and her students would tease her while she was up at the board. Suddenly her pants would disappear leaving her in just her panties and pantyhose in front of everyone!
Then she would find herself in diapers and toddler tights, her smooth look gone forever!
She would wake with soaked panties and now fears that she really needs diapers! she just couldn't... could she?
