My Personal PayPal Account currently under LIMITED by PayPal, so I'm using my Business PayPal Account for Adoptable/Commission Payment. Please don't send any PayPal to my Old Personal Account. Thank You. ^^

Change of PayPal Account

Just want to tell you guys, whoever became my client in Commissions Art or buying my Adoptable
My PayPal Account got changed to new one. It is Business Account under other Email.
My Personal one currently under LIMITATIONS from PayPal after I'm using it to Top Up my E-Wallet.
So if you usually buy Adoptable from me, Please wait for me to give the new PayPal link to my New Account instead of the one which still got Limited.

Is there any ways to withdrawl using UnVerified PayPal account ?
I did have an PayPal Account, linked with Bank Account and already successfully tranfering my PayPal to my Bank Account numerous time.
People said that if you managed to Link a Bank Account and able to Withdrawl, it means that your PayPal Account is Verified already.
But the system in DeviantArt keep saying that my PayPal Email Account not a Verified one....
Is there anyone with same problem like me ?
