If Huey, Dewey and Louie had to be individual, then Quack Pack is definately the best reference to it. Even the voices fit them better than those of FuckTales

Huey is a red charmer, Dewey is a blue smartass and Louie is a green rascal. That's how you'll remember it.

(does anybody know how to colorize text here?)

Original here:…

Title and image say it all. I'm so sick of that poorly made reboot and the popularity it doesn't deserve due to its faultyness, that I had to express my missadisfaction somehow in hope I'm not the only who feels the same way.

Others don't seem to realize how many things this "re-smelly-boot" has got wrong. Dull visual look, faulty voice cast and misleading redesigns of some of the characters - Duckworth especially. Only pros are David "Wilf" Tennant as Scrooge - cause Alan Young passed away - and Tony Anselmo as Donald.

Also, it's ok if Huey, Dewey and Louie are individual but drawing them badly and giving them deep off-character voices who don't even try to imitate a child, is not a way to go! Quack pack delivered the individuality-idea lot better.

Original DuckTales was lot more colorful and characters had their official widely recognizeable designs. Only cons were music (theme song not counted) and the solid, dusty-looking anime-groove TMS couldn't hide at the time like they did for Warner Bros' shows. Those that Wang Film made looked better though. Wouldn't the reboot work with the old visual look?

Even Capcom did better when remastering DuckTales NES-game. All characters have their original designs and environments were colorful. It could've been even better if the game had auto-lipsync and full language support to multiple languages.

Disney's other dull revivals (besides of live action versions) include The Lion GuardWhere's my Mickey? and Tangled the series - mainly because of quality. And in bad luck, that Big Hero 6 series that I haven't seen yet, might be one of 'em as well.

Mickey and Roadster Racers is a TRUE sign of Disney getting back on track and caring about their characters. It's lot more faithful to source content and it's animation is more exaggerative than in Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. That's the kind of shows Disney should make - and should also consider of returning to traditional animation and involving Wang Film Prods. or Toon City Animation for their shows again. It would've been a lot better choice for DuckTales reboot as well.

Then there's The Legend of Three Caballeros, but they should've done that traditionally as well.

And now when Fox has invovled to Disney, such improvement might possibly happen - at least if they can do it without cancelling The Simpsons or ruining it other way.

Someone has issues.

To be honest, I think they were a bit more teens than little quacks and besides that the story was based on their family like their mom.

And I like both the classics and modern so why not.

Reboot still has worse visual aspects and off-character voices, and it threatens to steal original's spotlight if it already hasn't, that's why.

I will say classic little quacks are better.
