Scotty One Piece OC(Read Description, plz

I drew this a couple months ago.

[Not 100% my original idea, just the depiction of the character in a One Piece AU story from an idea by a relative of mine]

Scotty(last name unknown) was forced into signing up for the marines by his uncle due to not finishing college where he meets his girlfriend Amber the vice admiral's daughter when he eventually rebels and sets himself and his gf free by becoming pirates and stealing a Celestial Dragon's Galleon after teaming up with Buck an outcast from Heavy Islands on the Grand Line where they set out to band together a band of pirates in search of love, friendship, adventure, artistry, and most importantly, family.
