Something went really wrong here, I think you went outside your comfort zone into the wrong direction.
I think you focused too much on rendering details? The jacket's lighting doesn't match the rest of it, especially the collar and sleeve compared to her thorax.
The gesture's perspective is a bit flat.
I can't tell if the fabric is leather or dense cloth. It doesn't look wet at all. The skin just looks bright. I don't see any specularity from water.
Can't tell if you didn't make the shadows dark enough and neglected AO, or if you meant to make it a sunny-rain environment. If it's sunny rain, there should be saturated colors and glare.
