Japanese medieval material science was exellent, indeed.
But Shinto is very special in some regards, i guess and
from rookie t general is a long way, usually, so i am more
interested in more modern defensive techiques.

My first thought was Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress but I looked closer and it was Japanese armor. Very nicely done! I love the detail

Just one thing, the umbrella is indeed useless in there and the rain clearly hits the character. So should'nt the character look a little more soaked?
