Autism Speaks is hate group that wants to anhiliate Autistic people. Autism awareness is great but why choose Autism Speaks.

Please don't flame me for this, but would you consider Autism Speaks to be a good speaker on behalf of those with Autism?

Their ads contain more misconceptions, half truths, and lies than actual facts about autism, and no one in the organization is autistic. And those of us with autism can speak for themselves. I'm autistic, and I have autistic friends, and Autism Speaks does not speak for us, listen to us, or even care about us in any way. They just want to eliminate autism by finding a prenatal test for autism and forcing parents to abort all autistic children the same parents are forced to abort children with downs syndrome, which is unethical. And autism is not something that even needs to be eliminated. It's a neurotype (meaning it's the way the person's brain works), and it comes with as many positive elements as negative. Also, they don't use their funds the way they say they do. Only two cents out of every dollar you give them go to actual autistic people. The rest is either kept by the "non-profit organization" or use for research to find the prenatal test for autism.

Plus the fact that some of their top executives earn over $430,000 annually, which already exceeds that of the U.S. President's.

I was almost tempted for 3X PowerUp Rewards points at GameStop to donate to AS, but then I remembered the ad and wisely decided against it.
After seeing that video, seeing the picture at GS was almost vomit-inducing.

One of their ads felt dehumanizing (Courtesy of MrEnter).

Yeah, I heard it first from him. But what do YOU know about it? I know nothing.

You'll have to be a bit more specific.
