There's a little tips'n'tricks to export model from kk and make it work on mmd.

to make exported model work on mmd:
1) open model on pmx editor
2) go to "display plane" tab
3) delete all "-1" elements (probably #4 upper body 4,5,6 and #5 arms 2,4,8,10)
4) switch encoding tab to UTF-16
5) save model
after that you able to load model on mmd/mmm without crashing
warning #1: exported model has about 700-900 bones. you can't handle it with usual way, but most of existing motions/poses are suitable.
warning #2: exported model has few ten thousands of vertex/faces and may destroy your computer. you need good cpu/gpu for that.
warning #3: pmx plugin not able to export nipples texture.
warning #4: you need alot of weight/uv drawing on pmxe to avoid clipping.
warning #5: exported model has 500+++ morphs. and all of it are on "eyebrows" tab. you need to change on pmxe it if wanna use.

Is there a way to add a lower BepinEx version maybe to a koikatsu repack? To remove the BepinEx 5 and use Bepinex 4 without affecting the mods?Or is there a way for this plugin to properly work on Bepinex 5?

Ok for those who are wondering, this does no longer works. I have tried a ton of times following the tutorial but it seems to be broken

Don't work within BepinEX 5 and up. Need 4.x.x to work properly.

Is there any update of this export plugin today ?

this plugin doesn't have any updates. moreover, nobody knows who is original maker.

That thing about needing a good GPU for using a MMD/Koikatsu model it's kinda unnecessary to say, as to run that darn game you need one to begin with... to use koikatsu on MMD I went to the pmx editor, got rid of all the bones and physics... kinda useless if you ask me..., rigged the model to a PMX skelly and it worked just fine, although, I sorta replaced the body because the one I got from the game lacked the textures and overlays it had ingame, wish i knew how to get those.

yeah, it can be done this way. but most of people who ask about conversion can't re-rig models manually, so

nipples from google + any software like gimp/photoshop/krita/

not sure what exactly do you mean.

this may be few situations:
1) missing textures ( there is few problems with tongue/hair/mod textures)
A: add texture in pmx editor.

2) texture exist, but UV-mapping is not accurate.
A: adjust UV-map in pmx editor UV plugin (or blender/c4d/other soft which you have) 

3) weird shading
A1: in mikumikudance [Fshadow] not activated. check this box (MMD interface right upper corner) active. check box [low pow] is not active.
A2: in pmx editor go to material tab and check for each material rendering [s-shad] is active.
3.a)missing toons
in pmx editor go to material tab and add toons (as example, toon01.bmp for cloth/acc; toon05.bmp for skin)
3.b)material color issue
in pmx editor go to material tab and adjust diffuse, specular and ambient colors.

It never occurred to me that Koikatsu model can be ported into MMD.GJ!
