On a daily basis now I come into contact with survivors of rapes sexual assaults and violent abuse. Sometimes partner on partner maybe mother on child father on child and occasionally sibling on sibling. It's horrible, disgusting and I will spare you the details but I have to say it's hard to keep detached to keep impartial. The reason I have used this song and started with this topic is, well just is, just reasons, to maybe put the topic front and centre as you read this to make you aware that there is help out there if you need it, there are people who will listen and not judge, who will help if they can and if they can't contact people who can.
