he is an oc for dc stuff i made, he was brought to arkham asylum by his horrible parents when he was 12 since they didnt want him anymore, and eventually he lost it there, he's been escaping here and there and murdering people in gotham, the outfit on the left is his outfit in arkham, bro has a straight jacket, but knows how to get it off easily, and the one on the right is him out, he's just nuts, he also likes jason todd a bit, he lives in the bat manor in me and a friend's rp after one of her characters found him and brought him there, he loves anything sweet too, like cookies :> (yeah, i thought too much on him when making him lmao)
