Redrawing Aunt Brazil

Previously I showed off some of Cinnamon and Midnight's bizarre family members, Uncle Wilbert (who goes by the nickname "Uncle Weird") and their cousin Albert, which you can see here. But what about Uncle Weird's wife? Well, I did have some backstory for Uncle Weird and Albert. Uncle Weird's wife was an eccentric lady named Aunt Brazil (no, I don't know why my younger self chose the name of a country as a name for an aunt), however she disappeared years ago, leaving Albert as a single-parent child. But I thought I must have given Aunt Brazil a cameo somewhere in my old comics, did I? Either in a flashback, or she comes to visit the family and then leaves? Unfortunately, I found only one comic that alludes to her. In a Halloween 2001 comic, Cinnamon visits her grave, and then is interrupted by Uncle Weird telling inappropriate stories about his late wife. Aunt Brazil's name is barely visible on her grave marker, and her name isn't even spoken by Cinnamon or Uncle Weird. Well, umm, this is awkward. Aunt Brazil was already dead in her first appearance, and there's no old drawings of her that I can reference! So once again, I had to design another character from scratch. I drew a nighttime background that recreates the scene of Aunt Brazil's grave 23 years later, still looking lonely and spooky. I then did a rough sketch of a guinea pig in Brazilian clothes as a design for Aunt Brazil, and made her fur a pale yellow to have a family resemblance to her son Albert. Since one of the traits Uncle Weird described about Aunt Brazil is that she liked to shove potatoes up his nose to honor the god she called David Willson, I drew her carrying a potato glaring at the viewer with a crazed look. So is this supposed to be Aunt Brazil's ghost? Did David Willson raise her from the dead? Or did she fake her death the whole time? I dunno. I may explain her disappearance in a future comic. I'll also introduce more members of Cinnamon and Midnights family, starting with Uncle Mexico, Cousin Scotland, and Grandma Dominican Republic.
