This took 30.. 40? hours in SAI? I really lost track completely of the time. I paint without lineart very, very rarely (not since August) and I usually lose patience with painting for my own stuff, but I kept pushing it with this one, and kept taking steps forward and backwards, doing a little bit each night. I drew Scootaloo's face / mouth at least 100 times and I still don't really like how she came out
But this was a good experience to learn. However I don't think I should pursue this style in commissions anymore until I become faster at it.
