I have been wanting to do Rock Fact rocks from Over the Garden Wall since it aired. But at the time I lived in Florida, which is distinctly lacking in high-quality Rock Fact rocks. I was recently able to visit my old home town in upstate New York, and spent some time on the shore of Lake Ontario. There I found the perfect rocks for this project. Some of the other rocks I found had interesting shapes that reminded me of some of the gems from Steven Universe, and inspired this little side project. These are definitely a step above the rock pets I remember making on that beach in my childhood.
