The whims of the die

I really like your concept, here.

The pedestals on the people and objects remind me of a miniature game, which I assume is your plan.

The central figure is a good mix of the familiar and the strange. Clearly, he is a being of human proportions. On the other hand, his eyes and the fact that his wrinkles are luminous indicate that he's something different.

I also quite like the way the "table" and his hair aren't clearly separate from the cosmic background. In a similar way, the reuse of the background colors in his skin is nice and does a lot to bind the composition together.

I feel like there is something wrong with the perspective in the being's face. Like perhaps the planes of the forehead and those of the face itself are not parallel. It's a subtle but nagging thing that I keep coming back to. It's about the only complaint I have.
