I did the entire design of the geno and sent it but it was rejected (I read the instructions more than once too,,) Is there somewhere I can see where I made mistakes in the design to accept it on the masterlist?

Hello Hello!! I got a geno on adoption centre and I have the design in hand, but where exactly can I send it to be approved? I've read the 'Design Approval' from top to bottom already but I feel like I haven't found anything about it (( forgive me if I'm wrong, it's my first time on the cs! ))
