This book was amazing. You actually portrayed both ships exactly as I've envisioned them. Good job! :D

Ohh damn, missed this one sry, well I dunno coz copyrights are owned by the client... In case it's not commercial use, it might be ok... maybe

An excellent cover for an excellent novel. I especially love the Theseus' design, and the lighting is lovely.

Personally, I imagined the construct to have a more irregular shape, but I kinda like this take on it; it helps sell the "eldritch and kinda menacing" nature it has in the novel.

Yeah that was the challenge I faced when designing this thing... it doesn't follow the description of the ship literally, but going for a very abstract shape makes it very difficult to get the proper emotional response from a viewer who is unfamiliar with the content and just saw the book on the shelf for the first time.. So I had to play safe and go for sharp and hostile shapes >.<

This looks intense. Not similar, but I really reminds me of knights of sidonia.

Wow! Nice use of lighting. Really is eye catching (exactly what a cover should be! ;) ) what's the story about, if I may ask?

Something like dark first contact sci-fi

It's about a team of special humans and one vampire, who travel to an alien object, to discern if it is a threat for planet earth.
One of the best books i have ever read, excellent hard science fiction. :)

Noice! I'll be sure to check it out. I assume it's available on Amazon or some such ebook site?

You can get it for free on the author's website, if you like digital books: www.rifters.com/real/Blindsigh…

The author actually put it up on his website for free:

www.rifters.com/real/Blindsigh…

Alternatively, if you prefer something less internet-dependent, you can find it, printed or kindle, on Amazon, though you'll have to pay for it there:

www.amazon.com/Blindsight-Pete…

I recommend reading the web version, at least. It's a bleak tale, but it's thought-provoking and fun to read anyway.
