Ok, late edit, but this guy's worth it.

This is Nihil, a Sorceror of the Word Bearers. He wasn't there for the Heresy, he's a late addition, having been borne among the Warband. As such, he's never really hated the loyalists, but is nevertheless really adept at killing them. He's possessed by no less than five daemons, and is as such really attuned with the Warp.

A cool backstory by Noctus Cornix, its creator. Here's the original mini:

First off, I just want to say that I love your gallery and I think you got some real solid stuff there.

But... while there is some very visible improvement in line weight over the years (ex: compare this to Argel Tal), It's not exactly there yet. I love baroque detailing but it's tricky when staying monochrome. It looks better at full resolution (and on paper I assume) but it does not compress very well right now for online viewing.

You might want to try one of the following:
- Leaving some white space between the thick volume lines and the think details when overlapping. (ex: the parchment currently breaks the axe blade's silhouette)
- lighter inks/grays
- dotted lines / non-solid details if you want to stay pure black ink only.

To put my money where my mouth is, I made an exemple: i160.photobucket.com/albums/t1…
Now, it's not a perfect exemple... but I think it might be useful for you to decide if any of this would be helpful for you.

Face reminds me of film VIDOCQ, where the bad guy wears a mirrored mask!

It's plain metal, as far as I know. And he's blind, the giant eye does the seeing for him, but if memory serves it sees only souls or the warp currents

WOW! If you didn't tell me that he was a sorceror, I would have thought that he was a possessed marine. You were playing jump ropes of the line between flesh and ceramite.

He's actually possessed, by five daemons no less, but he's supposed to actually be a sorte of nice, following-orders guy who doesn't so much hate loyalists but is rather very competente at fighting them
