I had every intention of finishing up the Citadel stuff so we could move on to Sur-Kesh... but, yeah... I need to stop making promises!
Garrus and Shepard's lovey scene came out of nowhere and demanded to be written, and I wanted to give some insight on Pallin's attitude about humans.
The whole "Garrus kissing and telling" thing is my new headcannon based on this story:

I'm feeling even worse for Pallin all of a sudden, losing
