submission to the group now subjected to vote

I was optimistic enough to trust people to know where to submit things and what they could or could not submit, as the limitations of this group are strikingly clear and there are not many of them... clearly I was wrong.

after spending the last hour cleaning up submissions that do not belong to this group, I've decided from now on the submissions will have to be approved.
