Fragile

I love this photo, when I first saw it I thought it was just like one of the others, but this is truly beautiful.

The only improvements I would make is to sharpen the photo a bit more, by doing this the photo will be more striking and more appealing to others

The dandelion is blurred against the blurred background and makes a very pretty photo.

I love how you have gone for a different angle rather than the typical birds eye angle that most of these photos consist of.

I love the focus from the bottom to the top of the dandelion itself, really nice.
