- Palma Aterrizadora: UQCF + P (He lands to the ground with a descending palm strike to his opponent. Serves as a Recapture. Air move only. His Super Rhythmic version, Palma Creciente, changes it with a dual-handed palm strike and causes more damage.)
Ultra Rhythmic Moves
- Combo de Golpes de Presión (1): QCB, HCF + 3P (Carlos prepares with a shaking pose and then dashes towards his opponent. Once it connects, he does a series of punches and kicks to him/her, then he uppercuts with the Puño de Viento, sending the opponent to fly in the air and then falling him/her to the ground.)
- Palma Extrema (2): QCFx2 + 3P (Carlos prepares by assuming a punch-ready pose as he shouts and then he does a powerful karate punch to his opponent, similar to Ryo Sakazaki's Ichigeki Hissatsu. Once it connects, his opponent gets flying farther as he charges his right palm with orange-colored Rhythm Energy and then says "¡Palma... Extrema!" as he launches a huge energy wave that almost covers the horizontal portion of the screen, hitting it to his still airborne opponent many times until the energy wave dissipates as he/she falls down to the ground.)

AFTER VICTORY SEQUENCE QUOTES
- (Mirror Match) "Same reflection, same battles as always."
- (vs. George) "This world deserves a better chance, George. Remember it!"
(Carlos is seen singing with his wife Rina while the rest of his friends are performing their band duties in front of the audience in a concert.)
Carlos Velásquez saved the world from the clutches of the malevolent dictator Doctor Giga, who used the 13th International Rhythmic Martial Arts tournament as a ploy. After the battle against the malevolent Argonian, he's now called as the Hero of Earth.
Since that day, the world has been safe. In the moment of peace, he transforms the Rhythm Battlers into a musical band. The result has been satisfactory for all of them, with their songs being huge hits worldwide.
(Later, we see Carlos and his friends saving the injured atendees.)
Unfortunately, a group of Chaors from the Chaotic Dimension, ruined the concert by destroying the stadium where it took place, leaving as a result many injured people. Most of them would be dead had if not for the Rhythm Battlers' intervention.
Recently, Carlos has been contacted by Tezcatlipoca, the legendary Aztec God of War, after seeing a vision regarding the existence of a mystical artifact known as the Electric Boogaloo. It's up for him to get the artifact as soon as possible. The battle for the fate of Earth has begun again.
Stage 4 Interlude - VS. Don Z
(Scene takes place in Puerto Rican Bar. Don Z is seen sitting, drinking his liquor for a few seconds, before we see Carlos walking with his travel bag.)
Don Z: "¡Regresaste (Translation: You have returned), Carlos!"
(Carlos stands and puts his travel bag in the floor.)
Carlos: "It's about time we cross paths again!"
Don Z: "Saw your band's concert yesterday in TV and everything did well, until a group of vandals ruined it."
Carlos: "These beings you are referring are Chaors, creatures from the Chaotic Dimension."
Don Z: "The Chaotic Dimension?"
Carlos: "And not only that, they also attacked innocent people, leaving them injured as a result."
Don Z: "I'm sorry for what happened to you and your friends."
(Don Z stands from his seat.)
Don Z: "Also, I noticed that you're looking for a strange artifact called the Electric Boogaloo."
Carlos: "For what Tezcatlipoca told me, it grantes wishes. That's why I'm going for it!"
Don Z: "Really? I have a wish in mind... to save my own nation from the devastating consequences of the hurricane."
(Both Carlos and Don Z are now in the square one as the crowd in the bar starts cheering.)
Carlos: "Now, let's settle this rematch right now, Donovan Zambrano!"
Don Z: "Show me if you still got it!"
(Both are now in their respective fighting stances.)
After Match Cutscene
(Carlos helps Don Z to get up with ease.)
Don Z: "That match we delivered... was epic!"
Carlos: "I'm dedicating this in memory of my mentor Ken Lee."
Don Z: "My old friend... Wish he was still alive to see this."
Carlos: "Everything is forgiven since your atonement, Donovan."
(Both Carlos and Don Z shakes hands for a while.)
Don Z: "And where are you going?"
Carlos: "To the Pyramid of Sun... where Tezcatlipoca is awaiting for me to get the Electric Boogaloo and make my wish."
Don Z: "I don't think that Tezcatlipoca is a good person, judging for his divine position."
Carlos: "The Electric Boogaloo is the only way to restore this world back to normal before it falls in the hands of an evil bald woman."
Don Z: "Evil bald woman you say?"
Carlos: "If I don't hurry up, she will get it and condemn our world to an eternal suffering!"
Don Z: "That's the reason you are going to the Pyramid of Sun?"
Carlos: "Trust me... I will save this world once again."
Don Z: "In the end, you have done a wise choice."
(Carlos picks his travel bag again from the ground.)
Carlos: "Well... I must go. Wish me good luck, Donovan."
Don Z: "You never dissapoint me, Young Voyager."
(Carlos leaves the scene by walking with his travel bag. Then, the camera focuses on Don Z crossing his arms out of trust.)
Destined Battle - VS. George Matthews
Pre-Fight Cutscene(Scene takes place in an abandoned forest at night, with lightning coming from the clouds. We see how Carlos and George are now arriving to scene.)
George: "We met again, Carlos Velásquez."
Carlos: "George Matthews? What are you doing here?"
George: "Didn't you notice that? I'm searching for the Electric Boogaloo, just like you!"
Carlos: "And what's your purpose of obtaining it?"
George: "Simply, I want to change the world to my liking... a world where only the strongest thrive and the weak need to learn that not everything is sunshine and flowers!"
Carlos: "This is not what I want for this world!"
George: "Stop with that stupid fairytale you and your friends are enjoying!"
Carlos: "That's enough!"
(Both Carlos and George are rushing to each other before they are fighting for ten seconds through correography. After that, both retreat back to the square one.)
George: "You may have saved this world out of luck... but this time, I'll show you true pain!"
Carlos: "Trust me... it's not easy to understand everyone's feelings."
(Both fighters are now in their fighting stances.)
After Match Cutscene(Carlos is seen standing over a battered and bruised George.)
George: "Why I had to be defeated? Why you never suffer the same troubles as I am?"
Carlos: "If what you seek is strength, don't get it through a wrong ideology!"
George: "And what I am supposed to do? I dropped the college out because I hate destiny! I don't want to become like those corrupt entrepeneurs!"
Carlos: "I understand your pain, George, but recurring to cynicism is not the answer!"
(George gets up easily.)
George: "Of course it is, former friend! I lost everything since I was a child!"
Carlos: "If you're talking about the baseball field we used to play together, blame them for the closure, not me and my friends!"
George: "And all these time... my judgement got clouded because of my hatred towards those people."
Carlos: "We may no longer be friends, but at last recognize your mistake and make ammends with me."
(Carlos offers George with a handshake, of which reclutantely accepts.)
George: "Go ahead! The Electric Boogaloo is waiting for you!"
Carlos: "It's not too late to get another opportunity in your life, George. Think about it..."
(Carlos leaves the forest by running to the Pyramid of the Sun.)
Sub-Boss Cutscene(Scene takes place in the Pyramid of Sun at dawn. We see Carlos running up to the stairs until he arrives to the top of the pyramid and stands up there.)
Carlos: "Tezcatlipoca! I'm here!"
(A bright yellow light comes up from the sky, showing Tezcatlipoca floating for a while before he lands to the scene.)
Tezcatlipoca (voiced by Bryan Cranston): "You have arrived just in time, Carlos Velásquez!"
Carlos: "Tell me... what's your motive for the battle between us?"
Tezcatlipoca: "I noticed that mankind has become more insensitive as the time passes. This world is filled with hatred, despair, corruption and senseless bloodshed."
Carlos: "And what do you picked me for the war?"
Tezcatlipoca: "I saw from above that you have potential to save the world once again... hence the reason for you to want this."
(Tezcatlipoca summons the Electric Boogaloo, whose design resembles a large snail sheel, colored blue and gold.)
Carlos: "The Electric Boogaloo!"
Tezcatlipoca: "You want to wish this war to be over?"
Carlos: "Yes! I do!"
(Tezcatlipoca puts the Electric Boogaloo in a pillar as he and Carlos are now walking to the square one.)
Tezcatlipoca: "Then... fight me, Hero of Earth! Prove your worth!" *assumes his Mesoamerican Warfare stance*
Carlos: "¡Así será, Dios de la Guerra! (Translation: So shall be, God of War!)" *assumes his Kumbiarate stance*
Final Boss Cutscene
(Tezcatlipoca gets up easily and grabs the Electric Boogaloo from the pillar.)
Tezcatlipoca: "I am impressed, Carlos! You won the war!"
Carlos: "Thank you... and to be honest, you are not that bad."
Tezcatlipoca: "Now, you can give a wish to the Electric Boogaloo."
(Just when Carlos attempts to grab the Electric Boogaloo from Tezcatlipoca, the sky suddenly turns crimson red, complete with lightining coming from the sky.)
Carlos: "¿Que esta pasando? (Translation: What's happening?)"
Tezcatlipoca: "Impossible! I thought the test has been completed!"
(The lightning strikes Tezcatlipoca, falling him to unconsciousness and at the same time the Electric Boogaloo is sent far away from the Aztec God's hands.)
Carlos: "Tezcatlipoca, are you right?"
(We hear an evil laugh corresponding to a woman.)
????: "Foolish human... you have not won the war yet!"
Carlos: "Show... yourself... now!"
(A blood colored portal appears, showing up Jeung-Oui Hwanghu, a bald North Korean woman of pale skin wearing a grotesque suit composed of black leather that covers her entire body, sans the head, complete with macabre armor parts in the shoulder, knees, braces, chestplate, boots and belt, arriving to scene after floating.)
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu (voiced by Lady Gaga): "You got it, fool! I am Jeung-Oui Hwanghu, future exterminator of the human race!"
Carlos: "You are the even worse threat that Tezcatlipoca predicted, right?"
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "Don't be so obvious, champion of the final International Rhythmic Martial Arts Tournament... Of course I am!"
Carlos: "Why are you planning to do with the Electric Boogaloo?"
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "That divine object? Let me explain... I want it in first place to become immortal, and then kill every single human in Earth, this includes your foolish friends. Once I finished up with them, I will repeat the same process in every other dimension until I become the sole living being in existence!"
Carlos: "No wonder you are completely devoid of empathy!"
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "Like I would care! Listen, human: Mankind has been filled with the worst acts of bloodshed since the very origin of times, and yet they are still the same savages! They haven't changed at all!"
Carlos: "That what George told me earlier on, but unlike him who at last recognized his mistake, you are unforgivable. Mankind is not perfect, but as an idealist, they can do better things to benefit each other instead of what you say."
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "Please! I'm not like that former childhood friend of yours from America who just wants to end with the oppresion within society... but enough talk!"
(Jeung-Oui Hwanghu concentrates her unnatural powers to distort the Pyramid of Sun into a macabre tower rooftop, complete with lightning coming from the red clouds.)
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "Your worst nightmare is here, Young Voyager!"
Carlos: "In this case, I must stop you from spilling more blood!" *assumes his Kumbiarate stance* "And save the world once more!"
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "You think you can stop me and save this iredeemable world, so-called "Hero of Earth"? Think again, fool!" *assumes her Total Hatred stance*
(Jeung-Oui Hwanghu almost gets up.)
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "No! This can be! I almost made a favor to this stupid world by eradicating mankind!"
Carlos: "As long as hope exists, mankind deserves to be protected from your cruel and horrible hands!"
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "How dare you! In this case, die!"
(Just as Jeung-Oui Hwangu attempts to generate her black-ish energy with her two hands as a way to kill Carlos. Suddenly, a silver-colored punch impales the misantrophe in the back [not shown-on screen]. She coughs a bit of blood and turns her head slowly, only to see that the one who did it is Tezcatlipoca.)
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "No! You're supposed to stay down!"
Tezcatlipoca: "Jeung-Oui Hwanghu, since you show no remorse for your iredeemable crimes, I have no choice than erasing your own existence forever!"
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "Why?"
(Tezcatlipoca concentrates his divine powers to erase Jeung-Oui Hwanghu's existence entirely, complete with her black silhouette being dissintegrated entirely.)
Jeung-Oui Hwanghu: "¡Pagarás por esto (Translation: You will pay for this), Carlos Velásquez!"
(The scene returns to the Pyramid of Sun.)
Tezcatlipoca: "It's over!"
Carlos: "Wow! You are really a divine being!"
Tezcatlipoca: "She should never understimate me in first place. Gods are capable to recover their energy faster than mortals, but you have become stronger, enough to surpass them if you train well."
Carlos: "¡Gracias (Translation: Thank you), Tezcatlipoca!"
(Tezcatlipoca picks the Electric Boogaloo from the ground.)
Tezcatlipoca: "Now, give your wish as promised."
(Tezcatlipoca lets Carlos to grab the Electric Boogaloo and make his wish.)
Carlos: "Electric Boogaloo... my wish is to restore peace and stability to the world! No more massacre! No more senseless wars! No more diseases! Make it happen!"
(The Electric Boogaloo floats itself for a while as it summons lightning from the sky. Once the wish is made, the Electric Boogaloo dissapears from the scene through a zapping ray to the sky.)
Tezcatlipoca: "Good luck in your future, Hero of Earth!"
(Tezcatlipoca summons a ray from the skies as it allows him to return to his homeland of the Divine Dimension, eventually leaving the scene. Then, we cut to Chignahuapan as Carlos is walking with his travel bag.)
Carlos (v/o): "The war was never glorious to start with... many innocent lives got killed at the hands of Jeung-Oui Hwanghu, but I stopped her madness with my heroic justice. As for Tezcatlipoca, well, let's say that he returned home, with his fellow gods."
(Suddenly, a pair of hands cover his eyes as we hear a familiar female voice.)
????: "Missed me, sweetheart?"
(He turns around and sees his wife Rina.)
Rina: "How's been on your journey?"
Carlos: "Well... things have become stranger than last year: I got pursued by three law enforcers for no reason, reacted a Chaor back to his senses, gave George Matthews a reality check, fought Tezcatlipoca... and lastly, I saved the world again from the malevolent Jeung-Oui Hwanghu."
(Rina kisses Carlos in the mouth for a few seconds.)
Rina: "I love you, Carlos... forever and ever after."
Carlos: "Rina... you are my reason to exist."
Rina: "Lo sé (Translation: I know)."
Carlos: "And what are we doing now that the world is in peace?"
Rina: "You know what, since we are married... how about starting a family?"
Carlos: "Not in front of our fanbase, Rina-chan! What would think the media?"
Rina: "Don't worry, the media already know that! And think about it... you, me and a few little kids of ours living under the same house."
Carlos: *thinks for a while* "Why not essaying our future songs and help the citizens to rebuild the stadium before we start our family?"
Rina: "That would work too!"
(Carlos and Rina start walking together while holding their hands. Later, we cut to the stadium where the concert took place as Carlos and his friends are helping the architects with the reconstruction.)
Adriana: "¿Dices que acabasté con la malvada Norcoreana, primo? (Translation: Did you say that you finished that evil North Korean woman off, cousin?)"
Carlos: "Not exactly... Tezcatlipoca helped me with her erasure."
Joaquin: "Good riddance to that... poor excuse of a woman!"
Ivan: "About Tezcatlipoca, I thought he was ruthless at first."
Takeru: "But turns out that in spite of that, he gave us a big task of combat to determine the worthiness of the fighters."
Rina: "And turns out my sweetheart is the chosen one!"
Carlos: "You couldn't say better, Rina-chan."
(After that, Carlos decides to continue with the reconstruction with his friends.)
Carlos: "Don't say more... let's continue with the reconstruction!"
(They agree. The camera then focuses on the Rhythm Battlers continuing with the reconstruction of the stadium. We cut to Ken Lee's temple as Carlos is doing a few Kumbiarate katas.)
Carlos (v/o): "I am Carlos Velásquez, leader of the Rhythm Battlers, disciple of the late Ken Lee, husband of Rina Yamanaka, and the Hero of Earth. My journey is not yet over... I don't know what the fate will decide for me, but if I ever get a question, I must seek the answer to it."
(Lastly, Carlos concentrates a huge portion of orange colored Rhythm Energy before he launches his Palma de Ritmo to the camera, transitioning the screen into orange waves before it turns black.)
(Cheap Trick's "The Flame" starts playing as the credits which background is accompanied of a dark blue sky with the reflections of each character, shaping them as stars forming while the credits are rolling.)
