The Burden of PlasmaStream

This was my first actual character art commission featuring another players character from City of Heroes, PlasmaStream. After reading over the back-story, she came off as a very serious "weight of the world on her shoulders" kind of character who's hauling around a lot of baggage from the past. This was my attempt to try and represent that aspect of her.
