Dreaming Yorp

This is my first attempt at creating art by using a graphics tablet. Well, it's a Yorp, a recurring creature in id Software and Apogee's Commander Keen series of computer games (whose fictional universe was created by Tom Hall). Also, he's dreaming of sweet red lollipops.

Yorps are a species of friendly Martians. They debuted in the very first Keen game, "Marooned on Mars" (1990, DOS), as inhabitants of Mars that follow Commander Keen and push him around, though they have no ill intent. Their friendly behaviour is in contrast to that of the Gargs, aggressive Martians that enslaved the Yorps. A particular Yorp named Spot is Keen's pet. The Martians are addicted to toys and sweets (including lollipops) of Earth and have brought many of those to their planet.

By the way, GIMP is awesome.
