Long time fan of Sci fi, Space, Concept and Aviation art. But never actually gave it a go until I suffered a Brain haemorrhage in 2007 which left me blind in one eye and partially sighted in the other. During the long boring months of recovery I bought a copy of Bryce 5.0. Which served as a introduction to the world of 3D, followed by Vue, Terragen and finally Lightwave.
I do this as a hobby to relax, be a little creative and most importantly have fun. I work full time in a pretty mundane job so relish the escape putting together an image can provide. My workflow is pretty haphazard and I rarely work to any sort of plan, prefering an almost organic approach to creating an image.
Once again, I'm honored that you like my extremely ancient work.
Thank you for the watch, it is very much appreciated - and especially so from somebody who understands the subject matter. It's been my experience that most sci-fi fans don't have a clue about life in space, and are just in it for the spaceships.
I' m sincerely honored. Thank you.
Can I ask, have you ever done Star Wars Chiss Capital Ships? I can not find any official ones
Unfortunately not, it's not a class of ship I've come across to be honest.
I am reading the Star Wars - Thrawn novels; the Author Timothy Zahn does describe the ships and it's capabilities, however there isn't a definitive image appearing in my Minds Eye.
Your work is amazing. Thank you for sharing it with us.
