Metallic Swirl by GrahamSym

This is my first time making a critique, so please just read and see how much I see this in my own perspective.

Although I'm not into art that much, I found this to have a lot of depth, perspective (especially with the swirls and spiral twists), and it feels like you were seeing how this magnificent machine creates wonderous imaginations into the human minds of art. Before I close, I have seen much of it's detail including: Decent crystal-shaped angles (that also reflect light very decently), It's use of designing each piece satisfying the viewer, etc. Thanks and enjoy your day.

The lack of hard edges and the way the light adheres to the blue structures leaves me to see this as being more a series of glass objects than metal ones. However the color scheme is terrific, I have always been a fan of cool blues over black, and this achieves that color pallet well. What I need to comment on here is the depth of field, the focal points, and the fluidity of motion being carried across here, because it all seems to work well together, even though its abstract enough I'm not sure what I am seeing. Layering of the visuals is top notch here. This really reminds me of the visual displays on music players, only taken to the next level. This could be some futuristic sound waves given physical form on some sort of high tech music player. All and all, as a piece I would say the only way it could be stronger is if it it had a contrasting element, another colored coil, or something else to lead your focus in. As it stands it looks polished and complete, it has good movement, a consistent color pallet and stands as a rather well done render. It would make an excellent computer wallpaper background, I just feel it could use another type of shape or color in it most of your work I've seen you manage to type geometric shapes and organic shapes together marvelously well. While this is excellent work on its own, if I had to compare it to other work of yours I've seen its not my favorite, but that's also because you progressively keep getting better and better. You are very talented and make no mistake this is good but it could be improved upon and to me doesn't hold the same power as some of your other works.
