This reminds me so very much of a Bromilead except this one is a lot more intricate and seems to have its own little village. Download the image and it is not just a pretty flower it almost like a Coral Reef. The way it sustains itself is marvelous, the way the ends of the plant are hollow, would also allow the flower a chance for sustenance. What is the remarkable part is how is sustains what grows around it that has a yellow orange colour and what grows beneath it that is like a sapling. A little green and young so it needs the protection. Then hopefully one day a little green plant will have its very own reef. I can not tell you how many different colours were used but the use of orange and yellow were used to perfection. Just a little drop of yellow on the orange adds a very good 3D effect. The choice of this colour palette was chosen very well a touch of pink for accent some blocks of light orange and green add depth. Then there is a little touch of movement racing down some leaves. There is a lot to see in this work, try to look at for more than one minute it so worth the time.
