Sorry Folks for not having any updates here in a while.  Been busy traveling this Christmas Season.  One thing people now a days forget is that Christmas is the celebration of the Birth of Jesus Christ not just another holiday to spend lots of money.

Anyway...off my soap box and on to the journal update.

Been to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and to Washington DC cooking for dignitaries for their Christmas event celebrations.  With all this going on the United States Air Force released the latest Air Force Torch Magazine just in time for the holidays with a three page culinary story of me.

You can Download the FREE Copy of the magazine by clicking HERE!!!

Just completed an exhausting but rewarding week of photo shoots and interviews.

The Air Force Torch Magazine (www.torch.aetc.af.mil/) is doing a culinary feature story on me which will be published in the November/December Issue.  I love a lot of the photos taken by the Torch Photojournalist Matt Hannen who took all the photos and did the interviews.

It was a lot of exhausting work but a lot of fun.  I can't wait to see the finnished product.  I have a copy of the over 400 picture proof but I can't display it publicly until the Torch Issue is published.

No updates to post right now.  Everything is still in development and has not yet been released to the public for viewing and testing so I can't post any updated models or movies right now.

My latest creation is taking a lot longer than I expected due to the detail and trying to ballance detail depth with usability in a game engine.  I was going to make two different style models for this new project/task that I am creating but due to the complexity of this new 3D model I am just going to keep it at the game engine depth model instead of doing one for the game engine and one for an annimated movie with full high poly detail.

Taking a short break to rest my eyes from creating high detailed textures for the 3D model project.  I had to break down this current model into 3 Stages due to the detail involved.  Almost done with Stage 1 and I already started with Stage 2.

After strugling mapping the surface of the Zhukov battle tank I finally finnished it.  Moving on now to other 3D models for BattleMechHanger.Com Total Conversion Mod for the BattleField 2142 Game Engine.

Can't show the pictures until it is released for testing and then released to the public.

Starting on the Zhukov Tank 3D Model Texturing now from the model I got from Grumpy for BattleMechHanger.Com

This is gonna take some time since this model has 42 individual track treads per side for a total of 84 track tread peices that need to individually mapped and textured.  Then move on to the main hull, turret, guns, front axel assembly, rear axel assebly, upper rear axel assembly, and finnally the mini turret.
With the reduced poly model given to me by Grumpy, I started texturing the model with the goal of hice detailed mesh for game play at BattleMechHanger.Com

After about two weeks due to real life delays I was able to finnish the texturing.
