All of my textures are free for both personal and commercial use. No prior permission is needed. Credit on textures is not required, but always appreciated.

Also, if these really are scans of copyrighted work, you don't actually have permission to authorize anyone to use it for commercial purposes.
Considering you "made" these by scanning work that was done by someone else, wouldn't it be fair to say that you shouldn't be credited at all? 
It seems more appropriate for users of this work to credit, I dunno, the folks who made it.
