At first, they didn't give me any restrict about his hair, so I made it long and fly with fire, than they want it shorter but without telling me how short, I have to ask for it again, don't know why they hide this information, anyway, I cut his hair in the end, and let the composition around his head become empty, I think my temperament is too hard for people to work with : (

They should tell you what they want up front before you put the time and effort in. If not, make them pay more for last second changes. Make sure it is stated in your contract with them.

When I ask an artist to do a commission for me I do my best to tell them everything I want up front and then ask for some updates during the commission process so I can ask for changes or corrections before the artist wastes his time doing something that I don't want or if something doesn't work right. A good artist-client relationship is key.
