Description

It's name comes from Urkainian Котеня [kɒte`n'ʌ](kitten) and Тiнь [`tɪn'](shadow). Also it so coincided that тінь is similar to tiny.
It as well as Buneary has a lowered base friendship/happiness.
Normal type because it's just a kitten, Ghost type because it is so lurking.

Expanded discription:
It hides from everything and very good. It literally disappears when everyone looks away from him for a second. People theorising that Kotiny has the ability to teleport, but no one can prove it (it doesn't have a move Teleport).
It has the darkest fur in the world. Kotiny is so dark that you can find its nose only by touch. The only thing that can betray it when it hides is its eyes, so pokemon closes them and rely on the senses of its fluffy fur, whiskers and ears.
Kotiny is completely distrustful. To achieve any trust from this kitten you need to put a lot of effort.
Someone believes that Kotiny can see the souls of dead people (not pokemon ones), but maybe it's just being big-eyed observing a floating speck of dust.

Context:
I used to plan my own region based on Ukrain, but I know by myself that individual fakemons are more interesting than regions. So I scrapped that idea for later.
I had the idea of that pokemon before Hisuian Zoroark. I was inspired by my fully black cat Batman. Now I left him at occupied home. I hope that grandma cares for him, or at least he can feed himself in meadows.

Sheesh, I got a hard headache while was typing all that.

As cool as the idea is for a Pokemon to be basically a living silhouette since it's made out of that superblack color. I feel the Pokemon fandom would be PISSED if anything like this were made into an official Pokemon. Because they'd see it as literally just a regular kitten.
