These objects have a regal feel to them.  Like they belong on display in a royal museum.  Cool!  Love the grape color gradient.  All your gradients look fan...dam...tastic!

Wild shape, somehow it makes me think of fancy spice jars or egg timers.  Very nice render.

David, thank you... and I forgot to mention it was a direct result of your tutorial but of course went into a totally different direction once I got stuck on one of the steps LOL. It happens to me all the time, but, I like it as I am actually not interested in copying your work, but rather be inspired by it and learn from you more tips and tricks on Wings3D :D for which I am grateful...

lately the last few formulas you found to create interlocking mobious without much work is simply brilliant!!

No problem, we all learn off of each other.  That's how new stuff comes about.  It does not come out of the blue.  It is synthesized from lots of different bits of ideas.  Well that's what I reckon anyhow.

Very cool!  What software do you use to make these creations?  I've been learning Lightwave, and I'd like to start doing abstract stuff.  Most of the stuff I try to model ends up looking abstract anyway! haha!

Thank you. I use many different tools. For this one,

Wings3D for the basic shape/modeling
Cinema 4D for scene setup and rendering
Photoshop for color correction, balance and contrast/brightness and saturation :)

Re-size, sig line and output also done in Photoshop CS5.5

That's great!  Is Wings easier for you to model things like this?  Wondering why you wouldn't just model in Cinema instead?  I tried learning to model in Wings a while back, and found it extremely hard to use, but I'm a moron when it comes to modelling in general, so that isn't saying anything.  Waaaah!

I find that Wings is far easier than anything else for the breadth of stuff [I] like to do. It has a SLIGHT learning curve but it is easily climbed. Definitely watch the tutorials by ~davidbrinnen on YouTube.
