What if Hinami Fueguchi met All For One?

This is an alternate universe idea I had. I became intrigued by the idea after seeing both "Tokyo Ghoul" and "My Hero Academia". It would take place in the latter's universe, of course. Here, Hinami's quirk would be known as "Ghoul", which not only makes her stronger with whatever flesh she eats, but if it belonged to a Quirk-User, she'd temporarily use that person's Quirk additionally until that flesh is fully digested. And her backstory would be slightly different. Unlike her universe, she didn't get to meet Kaneki or Touka. She was always moving around in the city with her mother while his father worked hard to repay his debt. Of course, that backfired and he got hunted down by the investigators.

It wasn't long before Hinami and her mother, Ryouka, were hunted down next because of their bizarre quirks. After convincing her daughter to run, one of the investigators in particular, Kureko Mado, beheaded her while Hinami shouted in vain for any hero to listen to her plea. Little did she know that it caught the attention of Tomura Shigaraki, who was blending in with the crowd at the moment. For whatever reason, he considered her to be somewhat of a kindred spirit, having been ignored by society before. After his walk, Tomura reported it to All For One. At first, he was disinterested, but when he reported of a family who had a bizarre "Ghoul" quirk, it intrigued him, as he seemed to know very well of its properties and its ancient history, having lived an incredulously long lifetime. Determined to know for sure, he began to conduct a search for himself, testing the new helmet the doctor created in order for him to move around with Tomura by his side.

When she found out, by way of seeing her mother's head inside a duffle bag (for the purpose of luring her out), it greatly saddened her. So much so that when Mado revealed himself to her, the first thing she did was attack him. She had no one to help manage her anger; it was all new for her. Destroying Mado was the first thing she thought of to let that anger out. Of course, the display impressed All For One and Tomura alike. Of course, it did nothing to stop Hinami from hurting as she broke down with a sob. All For One took the opportunity to comfort her as he did Tomura, which was met with cautious resistance at first. But as he continued to extend his hand towards her, Hinami cried into his chest, crying for her mother as he spoke the same words he'd said to Tomura: "Don't worry. I am here for you." And thus, after many events since then, Yotsume Shigaraki was born in the League of Villains to destroy the Hero-ridden society for good...
