1hr 10min speedpaint.

In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally.  My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes too :) (Smile)

Very nice, everything about it is very nice.
Did you over-draw the fur then erase the edges?

Thanks!  You are partially correct about the fur.  I "over-draw" most of the fur then use the smudge tool and push the color inwards to make the fur, then sometimes I'll erase a bit of the edges to soften them up a bit.  Other times I'll use the smudge tool to pull the fur outwards instead of inwards.

I'm always interested in other's techniques. I'm fairly new to digital painting, still experimenting. But, I guess art should always be an experiment :]
