Yeah. I did. And it left me absolutely speechless. Maybe one day soon I'll write a review for it. As of right now, I'm still too dumbfounded to say anything about it - and I don't want to spoil anything for those who haven't seen it yet, whatever their reasons. I just wanted to point that out, because just saying that I saw it is by itself worthy of a separate mention.

To paraphrase Beth McIntyre, I had an awesome weekend.
Where to start? ...Well, on Friday there was another EarthBaragon Underground radio show about the Gamera series, which I called into and stayed for the whole duration of the show. Even if I hadn't been able to call in, it still would have been unbelievably fun listening to it.
Then the next day I completed my most successful fan fiction story to date, Godzilla vs. the Zillas, which I've been working on for over a year. On that same day, my copies of Godzilla Returns (I'm past page ninety by now, and it's looking good) and Gamera 2 (I watched it last night, and it definitely confirmed t

Yes, if you listened to EarthBaragon Underground's radio broadcast discussing Cloverfield, you might have heard me on there (and just for you guys to be sure, I made sure to say what name was on here and Fanfiction-dot-net; yep, I'm just an attention-loving brat, aren't I?). At long last, I saw Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem yesterday, and my only regret is that I was deprived of the experience of seeing it sooner. DANG, what a movie! I guess this is probably old news to any of you that have already seen it, but it's new to me, alright? Gimme a break.
Of course, at least with that, I knew it would be about two of history's most awesomest (human-sized), bloodthirst extraterrestrials knocking the glowing acidic green stuffing out of each other, and that was all I needed to know. The OTHER movie that I want to see, nobody knows anything about. And what with all the surges of rumors crashing in during the past week st

And as suddenly as Christmas and New Year's come, they leave again, leaving us with nothing but eighteen more weeks of school to look forward to.
Well, maybe that's not entirely true; Christmas hasn't left me quite yet, considering that the three Godzilla novels and copy of Gamera 2: Attack of Legion that I asked for should be arriving in the mail within the week. There's something to look forward to, apart from seeing Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem and Cloverfield (both of which I WILL get to).
Just in case it hasn't already been made clear, I had quite an awesome Christmas. My only regret is that I didn't get quite as much work done over on
