Iseul has a big heart! She cares deeply for her clients and takes their needs very seriously. This extends to herself as well; this girl never misses a manicure or a spa day, because if she's not in tip-top shape how can she make sure everyone else is? She has a charming way about her that helps her navigate customer service near expertly. Despite her loving nature, though, Iseul is quite shy and it's difficult to earn her trust, so she tends to keep others at a polite distance. She feels things very strongly and it's easy to make her cry, which is mortifyingly embarrassing for her. Iseul is also a bit of a control freak and needs to be in charge-- it's often her way or the highway!

History:

Iseul and her twin brother Haneul were very, very cute kids. Having twins was already a novelty, but having them be the same totem, one shiny, one boy and one girl? The circumstances of their birth demanded attention, so when they were toddlers their parents started recording their lives online with video blogs. The twins skyrocketed in popularity and soon became a sensation both in their native region and across the globe. Their first words, potty training, and other important life events were all plastered over the internet for all to see, and the older the twins got the more they started to resent their lack of privacy. Not only that, but the twins soon became afraid to leave home due to the strange interactions they would get with strangers, including a few times the family was stalked.

These feelings only grew as bullying, thanks to jealousy and resentment for their family's fame, became a routine at school for Iseul and Haneul. Often the two found that the "friends" they thought they had were using them for their fame and money, so it became difficult for Iseul and Haneul to keep company with anyone but each other. Iseul became extremely paranoid and withdrawn, while her brother became volatile and got into a lot of fights. As teenagers, the abuse became such a problem that the twins were pulled from school altogether and had to finish their education at home. When they turned 18, Iseul and Haneul discovered that their parents had set aside little of the money they'd made from their blogs for their own children, nor did they feel like their children were entitled to it. Their parents offered to pay for college for the both of them...in return for continuing the Moon Family brand. Iseul and Haneul refused, and thus were left quite astray on their own when they chose to leave.

Neither Iseul nor Haneul really knew what to do with themselves after that. For about a year or so, the twins lived together working whatever jobs they could find. Iseul found success being a hostess at various restaurants and cafes, and started to realize that she enjoyed taking care of others. However, it would only be a matter of time before she was recognized and the cycle of invasive strangers, jealous coworkers, and worried employers would begin again and again. After losing another job, Iseul was considering some darker alternatives when she stumbled upon an advertisement for a resort. It was about to open in a place called Harthaven, on the island of Habana. The relatively unknown locale, its tropical climate, and the beautiful goal of the resort-- "To bring Paradise to the earth!" -- all drew the twins in until suddenly they were on a boat, cut off from their family and their life of fame, ready to start a fresh life.
