Deus - Divinity Unleashed

Deus' physical mechanical based form with all it's weaponry and defenses is still little more than a shell, it's puppeteer controlling it with the help of a Sage from behind the curtain of the Astral Plane. When the Sage that anchors Deus to reality is sufficiently powerful, a taste of the divine power that lays on the great beyond can be drawn into the physical world, splitting reality, bending space, and signaling the dawn of true power.
