I really enjoy this group so i hope its activity will increase in 2020,maybe its time to get a new admin or two to help out? 
Question if you want to stream yourself coloring the work. What rules would applies other then artist signature or crediting?
Good question! I'd say just credits, and as always dont remove the signature. As long as people know its not your lines I can't see any issues. As someone who has streamed this myself thats all I did.
If you're worried bout like revenue and copyright, I'd say you're ok as the stream is you colouring and showing your process, you're working and such. I'm not a lawyer or anything though aha but i'd argue your colouring in would be transformative enough.
