Ability: Cute Charm (The opponent has a 30% chance of being induced with Attract when using an attack, that requires physical contact, against this Pokémon.)


History: Tido was raised by his three sisters, who doted on him endlessly. They always wanted what was best for him, and always supported him and what he wanted. But, being part of a performing group, Tido would be left on his own for periods of time. In this time, Tido found the Emerald Enforcers. Pokemon who wanted to protect people? Find new things? Do the right thing? Tido was enamored! When his sisters returned from their trip, Tido rambled on and on about the Emerald Enforcers, and how he wanted to join them and be a hero. 
   His sisters, so excited to see Tido wanting to do good in the world, worked hard to help him make it through his education process and pass his test. And Passed he did! With the bare minimum score. But he passed, and his sisters were thrilled. So now Tido belongs in the Emerald Enforcers! He may be small, but he will work TEN TIMES as hard to make up for it!
   Recently, Tido woke up to a strange sight. He had toes!! His sisters, in a panic, took him to the doctor to see what was wrong. Seems like Tido is quite the special igglybuff, as he inherited a paradox appearance from one of his parents. This still concerns his sisters, but now he has cool new powers! And teeth! He can move stuff with his mind now too but isn;t very good at it. He's also been seeing some weird shadows moving around... It's probably nothing. 

Personality: Tido is a child, and so his personality is still developing. But that doesn't mean he isn't quite developed now! Tido has an extreme curiosity of the world around him, and wants to learn all he can. He may not be super smart, being a kid and all, but he is quite creative. If he sees a problem he will work right away to make a solution. Sometimes the solution may be a bit wild and weird, but he will always try his best to get the job done! 
   Tido knows not to trust strangers too much, but he always likes to assume everyone can be a good person. This can get him into trouble at times, but he doesn't seem to learn. His heart is too big to believe people can hurt others on purpose!

Other: 
- Extremely Gullible; you could easily convince him to jump off a cliff or that you're not robbing that bank
- Uses Gravity religiously 
- is 11 years old
- Sometimes makes eerie comments about having a friend behind you, or just talks to empty space... What can he see that we can't?
- Mifa turned his desciple mark into a scrunchie to keep his longer hair out of his face when it's in the way! We can either wear it around his hair or on his arm, whatever he's feeling.
- Had a growth spurt so he's TWO feet now!!!! >:3

Trivia: 
- His sisters are performers, known as the Rosea Hypnotica. They're known for their Rhythmic and strangely hypnotic traditional dance and song routines. They're most famous in Kora City and towns in the area. Their nicknames are the Sirens of the City.
-  Their parents have been out of the picture since Tido was an egg. Not even his sisters know where they went.
- Loves reading storybooks. Will love them more if you read them to him.
- Favorite treat is honey!
