Okay the RULES:
THE OBVIOUS STUFF
- If you want to display any of my images (including stock images) outside of DeviantART website you must ask me first for permission.
- My stock images
ARE NOT to be redistributed outside DeviantART website without my permission first.
- My stock images are for DeviantART and DeviantART members use only and to be used for creative purposes only or as reference for personal projects.
- I would appreciate a link to any of your derivative artwork so I can keep track of the use of my stock images. I also love to see what designers have created using my stock and if possible I put thumbs versions or links to your work on my stock comments.
THE REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF!!!For Urgent inquiries please email me at:

-
INTERNET AND WEB USE: Any of my images or stock images are
not FREE to use on the world wide web without my permission first. Please contact me to discuss.
-
COMMERCIAL AND NOT-PROFIT PUBLIC USE: My stock isn't to be used for commercial or not-profit public use outside of the DeviantART website without contacting me first. If you are interested in using any of my stock images outside of the DeviantART website for non-profit public or commercial use,
YOU MUST CONTACT ME FIRST. I am likely to give permission but obviously for commercial use of my images, will require negotiation and some form of written permission from myself to you for legal purposes.
-
COMMERCIAL USE AND COMPETITIONS: This includes competitions on crowd sourcing design websites like 99Designs, Design Crowd, Crowd Spring, even DeviantART's own Dream Up or similar. Under these circumstances my stock IS NOT FREE. Ask for my permission
BEFORE you submit your designs to these sites not afterwards if your design should win. This is so we can discuss or negotiate some form of credit or remuneration if your design wins. The client/competition holder has the right to know if any of the stock used in the competition may incur an extra cost. You as the designer are obligated to find out how much that cost may be or what is required to use that stock image, and inform the client/competition holder when you submit your designs. If your design wins you will need to supply to the client/competition holder with a copy of my written permission (to use my stock image/s) from me to you (the designer) for the clients/competition holder to keep on record. This is to protect the client/competition holder from any possible copyright infringements.
I will also require the link to the competition that you have entered your design containing my stock.

Cheers and happy designing!
