I just spent over a week in intensive care in the hospital. And another two weeks recovering at home. I had to have emergency surgery for an abdominal infection in my gall bladder, and a heparin drip to dissolve a dangerous blood clot in my cancerous pancreas. The pain was worse than the kidney stones I had several years ago! It seems that pancreatic cancer can have infections, and blood clots. I'm hooked up to a 24 antibiotic pump for another few weeks. My white blood cell count is almost back to normal so I'm getting better. I was also placed on stage one hospice, though at the rate I'm getting better I may go off hospice. The back pain is the worst, but new medicines and back treatments are fixing it. My tumor factors is still low, and my CAT scans still show the cancer hasn't grown, sort of in stasis. I expected to last another ten to fifteen years, all my relatives with my heart defect made it to their late 60's. But cancer threw my schedule out of wack. I'm trying to get put
