It's a compliment. I'll thank him and send him money
If he credits me then it's cool and no harm done
I'll notify him that I'm unhappy, and cry in my sleep
First, note him. second step is to notify the site hosting it. Third - see if I can sue him
I'll make sure to report it to the hosting site and get the rip removed
I'll do what I can to get back at him - including ripping him back
Well, if it was done for commercial reasons - I'll get me a lawyer
