Let Your Spirit Go by gilad Let Your Spirit Go by gilad

Let your spirit go
Let you soul tell you the truth
Let this world end
Let your self begin

The journey outside your head
The journey inside your heart
Is about to begin
Let your spirit go

Taken inside the Western Wall Tunnel. An underground tunnel exposing the Western Wall in its full length. The tunnel is adjacent to the Western Wall and is located under buildings of the Old City in Jerusalem, Israel.

I waited for someone to pass in the tunnel to get this effect. Made of 5 different frames exposing the exact same frame while the woman was passing.

The feet is the base of the movement. It's not moving when the whole body is during that short exposure

Reminds me of that story by Edgar Allan Poe, "The Cask of Amontillado". I can picture these sort of catacombs beneath the moving world.

a spirit that merges into these walls -- lets the mind be open to the idea -- that we are forever connected -- but let it go -- and the connection multiplies -- later days
