PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BIDING OR BOUGHT ANY ADOPT FROM ME

🕒 AUCTIONS

• Auctions end 48 hours after the last bid.

• If you're under 18, you must have parental permission to purchase.

• Payment via Points or PayPal only.

• To bid, reply to my comment or the highest bid comment.

• Deleting, editing, or backing out of a bid will result in a ban from my future auctions.
  
  

💳 PAYMENT METHODS

• POINTS PAYMENT:

• Please wait until I set up the correct widget on my shop page before paying.

• Do not send points as a gift, only official DeviantArt widget payments are accepted.

• PayPal:

• I’ll provide my PayPal email after the claim.

• Payments must be made in full and upfront, no payment plans or installments.

• USD only is accepted as currency.

• I will always send you the files, and you can choose where you want to receive them.

• The original files can also be accessed through the pony link in the description and comments.

• These files are full-resolution images, but if you prefer, you can request me to reduce the quality of the posted design after purchase.
  
  

Pre-Claim Adoptable Rules

• Pre-Claim & Holds:

• You can place a hold for up to 1 week on a pre-claim adopt.

• While on hold, the adopt is still available for purchase through DA Adopt Exclusives.
  
  

How to Pre-Claim

• To claim, comment on the post or purchase directly through DA Adopt Exclusives (files will be automatically included).

• Some adopts may include extra content, such as color variations, removed accessories, or wings.
  
  

• Design Modification Rights
  
  

• You can request:
  ✅ Removal of wings, horns, or accessories.
  ✅ Color changes to any part of the design.

  • I cannot:
    ❌ Redo the hairstyle or redraw parts of the design.
    ❌ Add new accessories or details.
    (For major changes, you can request a custom design—more info available upon request.)

📜 Copyright Protection & Buyer Support

All designs sold under my name are 100% original and protected under copyright.
If I become aware of any design, character, or concept being copied, traced, or reposted, either partially or fully, I reserve the right to inform the original buyer and offer full support and guidance, including:

• Identifying stolen or duplicated content

• Assisting with platform takedown requests

• Providing evidence of originality if needed

This policy exists to protect both the integrity of my work and the uniqueness of your purchase.

By purchasing my artwork, you automatically agree to this clause and authorize me to contact you in the event of any issue related to your design's protection.

• Usage & Edits
  
  

  • You can:
    ✅ Use the adopt for personal projects, roleplays, art, stories, etc.
    ✅ Change the name, gender, cutie mark, and small design details.
    ✅ Resell, trade, or gift
    
    

  • You cannot:
    ❌ Claim you made the design.
    ❌ Use it for commercial purposes without my permission.
    ❌ Convert it into NFTs or use it in AI training.
    you are free to resell or trade them at the price you got them for, unless you got art of them! it would be nice to know if you do sell them!

    OTHER RULES:

• you are free to change them however you want!

• credit me for the design

• Let me always know who the owner is (in case of trade, selling, and gifted)

• No Holds, except if you are bidding for AB (3 days maximum)

• if it's a set price adoptable you can hold 1 week maximum

• in case of not responding or ignore me about purchasing the win you go to the last bid

• no watermark and a separated file are included

• Any problems with my designs? note me! if one of this designs looks like yours I'll try to change a few things (remember,I'm not a thief or something like it,I'm saying this just in case! for no Issues!)

  Blacklist & Ban Policy

  • If a buyer is caught breaking the rules, they may be blacklisted from future adopts.

  • my blacklist is not available to public to keep me safe

  • Scammers, art thieves, or chargeback abusers will be permanently banned.
