Come at me bro

This is an old inked thing, but I wanted to color it just to see if maybe I should ink everything I do? ( By "inking" I mean "inking traditionally") But is it better when I pencil things or when I ink things?? 

I mean orginally I didn't ink cause I was like " no that takes too long" but I take about the same amount of time to pencil vs inking, so it all comes down to what's better?
