   After that, we will determine the winner using RANDOM.ORG and check requirements
   The winner will be announced in this journal 24 hours after the initial submitting time.
   Winner may not win second time, cause we want all other watchers to have a chance too  
  (except special activity in raffles like jubilee)
   Every 10th raffle is a 'jubilee' one with additional prizes. But you have to find how to
  enter the bonus part on your own.

   We may make cute or sexy female human/anthro character, OC or fanart.
   You should have the exact visual reference of character/outfit.
   In case of overcomplicated designs we might simplify some details.
   You may suggest a pose if you want.
   You can't use this work commercially or exhibiting yourself as an author,
  but free to use non-commercially as you wish and share it anywhere.
   We won't claim your original design as ours but may use this work in our projects (share in
  social networks, groups, use on Patreon, Gumroad etc.)
   According to your desire we may make additional NSFW version (if possible), but don't forget
  the previous paragraph. It won't be private.
