Spec Challenge #5: Domesticated

Buiteraptor is a relatively small animal, but the amount of selective breeding our breeders have created is simply astounding.

The most aesthetically pleasing of the four breeds is the dazzling "Frill". This breed has been bred exclusively for its looks, with the breeders successfully managing to pinpoint the genes of the animal which create Buiteraptor's already pleasing green neck feathers. But this time, the breeders found a way to create multiple coloured feathers around the animals neck, creating a brilliant show of feathers. This breed is exceptionally popular with people high of status, with a certain yellow haired man desiring one. But, even "The Frill" can see through the mans disguise.

"The Bulldog" is the most different from the original animal. The animal was bred primarily too be a prime bulky hunter to assist hunters in their task of killing wild boar. However, as more Dromaeosaurids such as Deinonychus became more popular, this Buiteraptor was inevitably sidelined by superior hunters. Some hunters however, still marvel at the tenacity of the animal, as the original animal the breed came from already had a natural feistiness towards hunting fish. While more of a rare breed in modern times, the animal can still sometimes be seen bringing back some bacon for the boys.

"The Fighter" is a breed of pure carnage and ferocity. This breed is by far the more recent of the four, bred by previously established cock fighters, who saw the dromaeosaurid as a prime fighter that could inevitably squeeze out Cock fighting altogether. These people took advantage of the animals already established ferocity, however, unlike "The Bulldog", this tenacity was unkept and ravenous. The breed is routinely plucked in order "to look more aggressive". Their eyes are faded and glassy, and their teeth are yellow and elongated, bred to be more efficient for dealing damage to other Buiteraptor's in the ring. Many people have seen the creation of the breed to be cruel and barbaric, and the breed, as well as the sport around the world has been banned. But, that doesn't always stop the determined from carrying out their crimes alongside the misused breed.

"David Peterz" was a breed created by fans of the legendary man simply known as "David Peters", who in his time was the most revolutionary "paleontologist" to ever live. The animal, just like David Peters splendid reconstructions, has an extraordinary amount of detail and ornaments all over the breeds body. Who doesn't want one?
